At Evolutions Skin Care, we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the well-being of mind, body and spirit. We're able to tailor each treatment to any individual's own needs.

It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or even early. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

    * Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. At your first visit your credit card information will be saved to guarantee against late cancellation or no showing. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel / reschedule a treatment. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Late cancellations / rescheduling will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

    *If you reschedule less than 24 hours, or no show before your first visit, a credit card will be needed before booking another appointment.

  • Quiet, Please: Please turn off cell phones upon arrival and remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax and enjoy a tranquil and stress-reducing experience.

  • Children: To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.

  • Forms of Payment: We accept cash or all major credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Gratuities: Your spa treatment fees do not include gratuities. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15% to 20%, but is of course, at your discretion. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

  • Product Returns or Exchanges: You may return unopened skin care products in original packaging within 10 days of purchase accompanied by sales receipt for a full credit. Any opened purchases may possibly be returned for spa credit as long as they are more than one-half full, you will receive partial credit only. If any allergic reaction to product occurs, product must be returned immediately to receive a full credit, as most reactions occur within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Jewelry/Valuables: If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your day spa visit. Evolutions Skin Care is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

  • Communicating your Preferences: All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, table temperature, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

    *Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

  • Medical Conditions: Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your esthetician know of any medical concerns before you have a facial. Weight limit for table is 400 lbs.

  • Prices and Services: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. *ALL SERVICE SALES FINAL*

  • This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately, and client is to pay full price.
