Enhanced Safety Measures

​Dear valued customers,

In light of the current health crisis, I have implemented new rules and enhanced sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with re-opening requirements, as well as to keep the spa safe and comfortable for every client. Please respect my new rules. I am being vigilant with sanitizing my hands and tools, & wiping down common areas throughout the day. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Please do not come in if you are sick or have been around someone sick. 

  • A liability form must be signed before doing any service.

  • A face mask is required. If you do not have a mask, a disposable one can be purchased for $3. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy please reach out to me.

  • I will be wearing both a face mask and a face shield in ALL my services. I always have, and always will, wear gloves for every service.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entering the spa. 

  • Please be prepared to remove your shoes at the door. 

  • Please leave all personal items at home or locked safely in your car. No food or drinks allowed in the spa.

  • Only 1 person in the spa at a time. No guests or group appointments.

  • The front door will be locked during and in between services to allow for thorough cleaning between appointments.

  • Wait in your car. Text me at 813-203-3999 when you arrive, I will respond when I am ready for you to enter the spa.

  • There will be no waiting in the lounge before, during, or after services.

  • Your temperature will be taken and, if it's above 100.4°F, your services will be cancelled immediately and rescheduled for at least 2 weeks later, once body temperature is within normal range.

  • Pre-payment is preferred. If you don't have payment apps, then an invoice through Square can be e-mailed to you for pre-payment. Otherwise, when checking out of a service I will not pass my phone to you and you will be required to insert your credit card into the chip reader. I will ask what gratuity you would like to leave and then process the transaction.

Additional Updates

  • Online booking is available but appointments will be per request only and will be approved upon agreement to the new safety guidelines, which include policies for wearing a mask.

  • Same day booking is unavailable, you must pre-book.

  • Packages are no longer available for purchase.

  • If you need products, please tell me what you need and I will grab them for you. All products have been disinfected.
